The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous improvement of operations. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports Collaborate with production team to optimize performance Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction efforts Requirements Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field) Proven experience in a similar maintenance role Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of maintenance systems and equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Flexibility to work in shifts if required<br /><br /> A candidate with solid technical knowledge in mechanical and mainly electrical systems, combined with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
